What
do I do if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
All insurance companies require you to disclose any
condition you may have had or have.
The key questions for you to consider:
1.Are you traveling against the advice of a medical practitioner or traveling
for the purpose to obtain medical treatment?
2.Have you been diagnosed as having a terminal illness?
3.Are you aware of any reason why the trip could be cancelled/curtailed?
4. Do you have a medical condition that you have suffered from, received
medication, advice or medical treatment in the last 12 months?
If you answered yes to any of these points, then you may not be
covered for cancellation, curtailment or emergency medical treatment.
You must call All Clear Travel Insurance on 0870 0607951, for an alternative
quote if you require insurance cover for your pre-existing medical condition.

Why
do I need insurance in Europe if I have the Emergency Health Insurance
Certificate (EHIC)?
Form EHIC merely shows that its holder is entitled, in the
EU, to free or reduced cost emergency medical cover.
Whilst such treatment is available in all EU countries, it is not always free
and thus we would always advise the take up of travel insurance.

What
if I lose my passport or have it stolen overseas?
Immediately report it to the local police and the nearest

UK passport service and provide replacement travel documentation.

do I do if my flight has been delayed and my insurance policy has run out?

options for returning you home. You must remember to obtain a confirmatory
receipt from the airline confirming the reasons for the delay.

If
my family has an Annual policy can we travel separately?
Yes you can travel independently from each other. However,
